Timesheet
The Timesheet tab is your week as a grid: tasks down the side, Monday to Sunday across the top, and totals for every row and column.
Reading the grid
- Rows are every task with time that week, including archived ones.
- Cells are
HH:MM. A dash means no time. - A small dot in a cell means some of that time has notes. Hover the cell to read them.
- Discarded gaps never appear.
Choosing a week
Use Previous and This week, or type a week number and year. Weeks always start on Monday.
Getting it out
- Copy puts the table on your clipboard, ready to paste into a spreadsheet or your company's timesheet tool.
- CSV saves the same table as a file.
Both use HH:MM, the same format as the grid.
Week timeline
Below the grid, each day of the week is drawn on the same 24-hour scale, coloured by task. It makes the shape of the week obvious: early starts, long lunches, a short Friday.
